As the oldest collegiate circus in the United States, the Gamma Phi Circus has a long-standing tradition to uphold at Illinois State and the U.S. The annual home shows bring a unique show to Bloomington-Normal and showcase the efforts and talents of the students and faculty.

Sweet Corn Circus

Every year, thousands of people spend two days at the Sweet Corn Circus. The celebration honors Bloomington-Normal roots in agriculture, circuses, and corn. Acrobats, aerialists, professional wrestlers, clowns, and more will perform live for you. Public access to all events is free.

We ask that performance inquiries be submitted at the earliest date, for larger circus troupe ensembles preferably 3-6 months in advance. Smaller ensembles 2-4 months in advance. Submission of an inquiry is for information purposes only. It does not constitute an agreement or contract. Further inquiries can be made to istoine@IllinoisState.edu.
